Estimates and Pricing

Estimates are provided free of charge and are based on the information you supply about your space and cleaning needs. Final pricing may be adjusted if actual conditions differ significantly from what was described. Any change in scope or pricing will be communicated to you before additional work is performed.

Scheduling and Appointments

Appointments are scheduled by mutual agreement. We make every effort to arrive within the agreed time window. Occasionally, factors outside our control may affect timing, in which case we will notify you as soon as possible.

Customer Responsibilities

To allow us to perform our services effectively, you agree to provide safe access to the property, disclose any special instructions or hazards, secure valuables and fragile items, and ensure pets are managed appropriately. Please inform us in advance of any areas requiring special attention or that should not be cleaned.

Payment Terms

Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept the payment methods communicated at the time of booking. Recurring service plans are billed according to the agreed schedule.

Cancellation and Rescheduling

If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, we ask that you notify us as early as possible. Repeated late cancellations or lockouts that prevent us from performing scheduled work may be subject to a fee, which will be communicated to you in advance.

Limitation of Liability

Refresh Cleaning performs its services with care and professionalism. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or website. Any claim regarding the quality of a completed service should be reported to us within 24 hours so we can address it under our satisfaction guarantee.
